Consultations
The first meeting will typically last between one and a half and two hours. We will talk through what you are seeking to achieve and what to expect from Reflexology treatment. We will discuss the best way to approach your unique situation, and design a personalised treatment plan. We may decide to include some elements of massage if that seems appropriate for you. During the first consultation you will have a complete treatment.
Subsequent sessions will always be informed by discussions between us about the effects and benefits of treatment. As your situation changes your treatment plan will adapt, ensuring that at all times we will be creating the optimum opportunity for your healing to occur. From time to time I may suggest ‘homework’ to enhance your healing between treatment sessions. I will show you techniques and exercises, such as VRT, Hand Reflexology, Eden Energy Medicine etc for which I will provide handouts where needed.
