I am qualified in and practice Classical Foot Reflexology, VRT (Vertical Reflex Therapy), FRS (Facial Reflexology Sorensensistem) and Nerve Reflexology. I am also a qualified Aromatherapy and Massage practitioner and although I do not offer massage sessions I do incorporate essential oils and massage techniques into treatments where this is appropriate. I recommend specific exercises for ongoing self-care from Eden Energy Medicine which are freely available online. I have studied Level 1 of Eden Energy Medicine and find this training has given me valuable techniques and deepened my understanding and experience of working with our energies. I give treatments created and tailored to your unique needs.
Based in Pembrokeshire in West Wales I practice from The Rowan Tree in Newcastle Emlyn and occasionally from my home in Hermon (Nr.Crymych)
